Kwanzaa Fire & Ice Dec. 10, 2021

Check out the coverage by 6abc Action News of PEC Neighborhood Advisory Committee's Kwanzaa Fire & Ice Celebration (clip starts at 9:58). It was a great event, with reflective performances from Christopher KP Brown and Queen Pheirce plus music from Beyond the Bars and Kenneth Sykes! Heritage West PHL and The Barnes Foundation provided activities. King of Tacos was the featured food truck. Thank you to all of the sponsors and organizers: PEC Neighborhood Advisory Committee volunteers, Cec Arts Barnes West, Department of Commerce, Bridges to Wealth, and AIDS Healthcare Foundation. The bonfire was delightful and Iceicephilly ice sculpture was inspiring. See you next year, on the second Friday in December! Visit www.lancasteravephilly.com for more neighborhood events!
