PEC Neighborhood Advisory Committee Elections and Resources

The PEC Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC/NAS) will elect new members this year. The ballot will be posted at lwww.lancasteravephilly.com/naselection.html in advance of the voting day on May 24.
Voting will take place in ​​person this year. Details will be announced soon.

Don't forget to register to vote in the PA Primary on May 17. Registration ends on Monday May 2. PEC is facilitating a registration drive on Monday May 2 with City Commissioner Omar Sabir from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at the MLK Jr. Memorial Pavilion at the intersection of 40th Street and Lancaster Avenue. 


General Meeting

​The NAC general meeting is your space to learn about resources, discuss neighborhood issues, and create community solutions. It happens online on the second Monday of every month at +pm.  Contact Kevin at 267-777-5820 or kevinb@pec-cares.org for the meeting link.

Appointments for Assistance with Resources

Available Monday-Friday, ​between 9am and 5:30pm. Call 267-777-5477 to make an appointment with the NAC Manager for:
  • Rent and property tax rebates
  • Referrals for disability and unemployment
  • Property tax relief
  • 311 services and help
  • Connecting to help with pay utility bills
  • Free credit repair and debt negotiation
  • Internet and computer access
  • Reporting litter, unsafe, or vacant lots/buildings
  • Referrals for food stamps and cash assistance
  • Employment programs
  • Food relief
