Teresa is a bright and hopeful young mother who earned her GED in our program this year. As part of this process, she and her classmates wrote essays on the theme "Why I Rock." Click on this link to hear Teresa tell her story in her own words.

At PEC she has found a program that works with her individually to develop her own goals -- such as becoming a registered nurse -- and take the steps to achieve them.
