The Family Service Provider Network (FSPN) is a network of agencies that includes representatives from organizations that serve and advocate for homeless families and children from Southeastern Pennsylvania. FSPN has come together to develop ways to improve the existing shelter system.

FSPN has published “Promising Practices for Agencies Serving Homeless Students” as a resource for building strong partnerships between family services providers and schools. It offers a framework to help providers develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in their children’s schools, provide academic support, lower truancy and improve parental support.
