Malkia Singleton Ofori-Agyekum, Vice President of Social Services

 Malkia Singleton Ofori-Agyekum is PEC’s Vice President of Social Services after spending four years as its Deputy Director of Social Services. Her fourteen years of experience as an administrator and an educator also includes Jumpstart Baltimore Program Coordinator, Project Act Training Consultant for Abilities Network, and Education Coordinator for Head Start. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore and her Master’s of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Malkia has a certificate in Early Childhood Mental Health from Widener University.
