Agnes Ogletree, Vice President of Resource & Business Development
Agnes Ogletree joined PEC as the Vice President of Resource and Business Development in 2011. Ms. Ogletree graduated from Morgan State University with a BS in Economics and an MBA in Marketing. With foresight and vision regarding hotel marketing, she built a 15 year career with industry giants such as Sheraton, Hilton, Holiday Inn and Adams Mark. Her capstone hospitality achievement was the founding of the most exclusive “Five Star Bed and Breakfast” in Pennsylvania, the Rittenhouse Bed and Breakfast.
Ten years ago, she changed career paths and entered the nonprofit world. Ms. Ogletree began at MANNA. As the Chief Operating Officer of Wireless Philadelphia, she was responsible for the deployment of the network and mission of providing high-speed internet access to community based organizations. She spent the last several years as Chief Operating Officer at Transitional Work Corporation, where she was responsible for a $15 million budget and 125 employees.
Ms. Ogletree is very active in the community and serves on the boards of Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, Women’s Opportunities Resource Center, Child Inc. and the YMCA of Delaware.
