Residential Development

PECCDC operates a number of programs that transform vacant buildings and trash-strewn lots into mixed-income housing, family resource facilities, community gardens, playgrounds, and parks that stabilize the neighborhood and improve the quality of life for all residents.

Our success in neighborhood revitalization is evident in the scale, concentration and variety of our capital development efforts: over the past 16 years we have converted over 100 vacant properties into nearly 200 units of affordable rental and homeownership units, and four family resource centers. We have also helped 49 longtime homeowners complete home repairs and facade improvements.
