PEC leads advocacy campaigns to create a supportive policy and funding environment that meets the needs of families who are experiencing homelessness by active participation in the Family Service Provider Network (FSPN). FSPN is an advocacy coalition of agencies that provide services to families and children who are experiencing homelessness across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Together, FSPN represents more than 350 years of experience of serving families in need. Other FSPN members include:
